An Easier Path Forward
Mediation is an easier way forward. Whether divorce, legal separation, allocation of parental responsibilities (child custody and visitation) we can help. Mediation can be your first step. You don’t have to file anything with the court before mediation and you don’t have to use lawyers. Already have lawyers? No problem. Mediation can still save you thousands of dollars.
MediationA offers a simpler, more cost-effective form of mediation. For example, rather than spending hours during the mediation collecting information about you and your children, your income and expenses, and assets and debts, we let you enter all that information in the comfort of your own home and at a pace that works for you. Our information spreadsheet gives you the information you need and asks questions in a way that’s easy to understand. Plus one of our mediators can answer any other questions you have via phone, text or email during business hours.
Lawyers typically want $5,000 up front just to get started. But preparing the 10 – 15 COURT REQUIRED documents all by yourself can be overwhelming.

Here’s what our what our clients are saying.
After working with a divorce attorney and getting no success after 6 months, my ex-wife and I decided to change strategy and work with Richard and Jean. We were able to get our legal separation to pass promptly after a couple of sessions with Richard and Jean. They were helpful, knowledgeable and great to work with! J.J.
I found our mediator to be easy to work with and knowledgeable on all aspects of my divorce. My husband and I were able to work everything out in one session. Our mediator made sure we resolved everything in our one meeting. If you want to save yourself a lot of time, hassle and money then consider MediationA. In a past life I worked for a divorce attorney. All they do is cost a lot of money, drag things out, and make the situation more hostile. That’s why we chose mediation. It was pretty darn simple. We provided all of our information before hand and then met with our mediator. They knew exactly what was going on and how to walk us through the process. J.B.
Our mediator really made the best of an awkward and all around unwanted situation. He seemed to really advocate for both of us while still being overall neutral in our final decisions. Offered helpful examples, ideas and suggestions. I found him to be respectful, well-informed and very considerate of our feelings and unique situation. While I hope to never need his divorce mediation services in the future I would highly recommend him to a friend in need. -C.D.
